These Terms and Conditions govern all reservations made with RHOMENJOY (Coming Rhome SRLS) via this site, WhatsApp, email, or other official channels.

By finalizing a booking, you signify your agreement to the following terms.

1. Reservation Procedures
1.1. Inquiries and bookings are handled through WhatsApp at +39 3920114812 or via email at comingrhomesrls@gmail.com.
1.2. A reservation is officially confirmed only upon receipt of our written notice (via WhatsApp or email) outlining your stay details.
1.3. Guests must verify all confirmation data (dates, occupancy, unit type, and rates) and alert us immediately to rectify any discrepancies.

2. Pricing and Payment Terms
2.1. Rates for your stay are transparently provided during the booking process.
2.2. Prices fluctuate based on seasonal dates, the number of occupants, duration of stay, and local events.
2.3. We may require a deposit or full advance payment to secure your stay. Accepted methods (bank transfer, credit card, etc.) will be detailed in your confirmation.
2.4. Rome's municipal tourist tax is excluded from the booking price and must be settled separately as per current local laws.

3. Guest Cancellations and Modifications
3.1. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email if you need to adjust or cancel your stay.
3.2. Specific cancellation policies (deadlines, penalties, and no-show rules) are explicitly stated in your confirmation document.
3.3. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees up to the total cost of the reservation, depending on the terms provided at booking.

4. Cancellations by RHOMENJOY
4.1. Occasionally, we may need to alter or cancel stays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical malfunctions, safety concerns, or force majeure).
4.2. In such events, we will notify you promptly and provide either a comparable alternative or a full refund of payments made.
4.3. We are not liable for incidental costs related to external bookings like flights or independent tours.

5. Arrival, Departure, and House Guidelines
5.1. Specific check-in and check-out windows are listed in your confirmation. Variations are subject to availability and may require an additional fee.
5.2. Occupancy is strictly limited to the number of guests registered in the booking.
5.3. To respect our neighbors, parties, social events, and excessive noise are prohibited, particularly during quiet hours.
5.4. All indoor spaces at our apartments are strictly non-smoking.
5.5. Guests are expected to maintain the property with care and leave it in a tidy condition upon departure.

6. Security and Damages
6.1. Guests are held liable for any damage to the apartment or furniture caused by their party.
6.2. We reserve the right to bill for repairs, replacement of lost keys, or specialized deep-cleaning services if required.
6.3. We strongly advise guests to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical needs and trip interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. RHOMENJOY is not responsible for the theft, loss, or damage of personal items during your residence.
7.2. Our total liability is capped at the amount actually paid for the reservation, to the extent permitted by law.
7.3. We are not liable for the interruption of third-party services like public transit, strikes, or external utilities.

8. Data Privacy
8.1. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, ensuring your data remains secure.
8.2. By booking, you consent to our use of your contact info for managing your stay and providing essential communication.

9. Legal Framework
9.1. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of Italy.
9.2. Any legal disputes arising from these terms will be settled exclusively within the Italian court system.
